Wine and Dine, March 22nd

Join us Friday, March 22nd, 2019 for a 5 course dinner paired with a selection of wine provided by bishop’s cellar.

 

~Cava reception at 6:30pm

~First course served at 7:10pm

 

Soup – Ramblas roasted tomato soup with smoky paprika, caramelized onions, and a hint of cumin.

 

Salad – Arugula and shaved fennel salad with crispy capers, finished with a lemon vinaigrette.

 

Appetizer – Grilled calamari a la Plancha with garlic, parsley, and lemon olive oil.

 

Main – Beef tenderloin with balsamic blueberry reduction served with a medley of spring vegetables and baby potatoes.(vegetarian alternative available)

 

Dessert – Classic churros with a creamy Spanish hot chocolate dip.
