Soup – Ramblas roasted tomato soup with smoky paprika, caramelized onions, and a hint of cumin.


Salad – Arugula and shaved fennel salad with crispy capers, finished with a lemon vinaigrette.


Appetizer – Grilled calamari a la Plancha with garlic, parsley, and lemon olive oil.


Main – Beef tenderloin with balsamic blueberry reduction served with a medley of spring vegetables and baby potatoes.(vegetarian alternative available)


Dessert – Classic churros with a creamy Spanish hot chocolate dip.
